Robert has over 23 years experience and offer an extensive range of services in all facets of Optometric care. The latest technology in Digital Retinal Imaging and Glaucoma Testing are used to ensure a comprehensive examination of both the patientsí vision and eye health.
All eye conditions including Cataracts, Glaucoma and Diabetic retinopathy are screened for as part of a standard eye examination.
We are able to provide you with both spectacles and contact lenses; offering an extensive selection of the latest frames and lenses available. We are also experienced in both Laser refraction surgery assessments and Behavioural Optometry.
Every eye examination includes a thorough assessment of both your vision and your eye health. Robert is committed to providing the highest quality of eye care and offer digital retinal photography as a standard part of all eye tests.
is conducted using a variety of equipment to assure the best service possible. This includes an Automated Refraction System, Computerised Visual Field Testing and Non Mydriatic Retinal Camera.
Our Eye Test includes assessment of the patient's ocular health for Glaucoma, Diabetes, Cataract, Macular Degeneration, Pupil responses and dry eye.
includes testing for Myopia, Hypermetropia, Astigmatism, Presbyopia and Binocular co-ordination.
If you have a need for glasses or contacts after you have been tested by our Optometrists will be able to provide you with the correct prescription needed for your condition.
Our Optometrist will be able to provide for you the service of doing Pre-requist checks for laser corrective procedures. We also provide after care consultations. Our Practice has working with the Laser Centres for over 15 years. We can provide pre and post information to all Laser Eye Sight Correction Centres.
If visual problems are diagnosed and Glasses / Contact Lenses are needed, advice is given as to the most suitable lens type needed to maximise visual performance. Frame selection can be of paramount importance therefore judious choice is always brought to your attention.
Advice is also given as to the sunglass type best suitable to provide UV protection to prevent Cataracts and ptyerigiums. Sunwear is strongly reccommended to all of our patients. Dietary suppliments for Macular Degeneration, Dry Eye treatments.
We and the Optometry Association of Australia recommend eye examinations at least every two years with most examinations bulk billed to Medicare. All you need is your green Medicare card.
